Health 1st Pros is a family-owned company incorporated in 2020 to provide outstanding in-home and personal care services to the residents of Franklin County, North Carolina. We offer exceptional, professional, and compassionate home health care services that are beneficial to the individuals we serve and will help them achieve a better quality of life. While our focus is on the physical care of the clients, we also specialize in memory and dementia care.
We assure our in-home aides are providing quality education and support and assist them in caring for their patients. All our services are in accordance with federal regulations and those set forth by the NC Division of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS).
Our Founders
The President and Chief Executive Officer of Health 1st Pros are Zerita Hudson. Zerita is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, and a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she majored in Nursing. Zerita has experience in several areas in nursing, including home health services. Zerita has functioned as Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Nursing, and Home Health Agency Administrator.
The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Health 1st Pros are Randez Hadden. Randez is a former Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of investigation with more than 30 years of experience conducting and managing investigations, including healthcare compliance-related matters. Randez is also a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, and a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where he majored in Industrial Technology. Randez is also an avid cyclist and a former marathoner.
